Lily and Millie walked out with the Women’s team and released 16 colourful balloons, after the minute silence.

A massive thank you to all our teams and coaches, who have stopped to honour and remember Sophia.

Sophia started playing soccer at Geelong Rangers in Under 7’s, followed by Bell Park Girls and then Geelong Galaxy.

Sophia’s brother Lachlan is currently playing with our development squad.

We send all our love to Linda, Mark and Lachlan.
